Dealer FAQ

Sign in with your dealer login, add printers, inks, parts or service plans to the cart from the catalogue, the search or Express Buy, and check out.

Your web login is linked to your Mimaki dealer account. The prices of that account show on every product as soon as you sign in.

Inks are grouped by ink technology: eco-solvent, UV-LED, sublimation, textile and DTF, latex and 3D. Order the ink type your machine is set up for (for example SS21 on a JV330); a printer filled with one ink type is not switched to another without an ink change by a technician.

Yes. Service plans and installation are under Service plans & installation; add the plan to the same order as the machine.

Yes. Type the Mimaki item number into the search at the top of any page, or paste a list of item numbers and quantities into Express Buy.

Open the order under My orders and order it again; your carts and quotes are kept in your account too.
